Project Wedding: M & M Longo: And she's off...like a bull with gas...

Wow...the planning process is in absolute full swing! We have been engaged for nearly a month now and time has flown by! Friends and family keep teasing saying that I need to slow down and smell the roses because I am going to have everything done and planned for too soon! And I say to them: Psh...I LOVE planning, organizing, making to-do list after to-do list! Plus, 1 month has already gone by so quickly, the next 12 months are sure to fly by as well!

I am so eager to share all of the wonderful details that I have planned so far with people but I also want that special day to be a surprise for them as well! Therefore, I am writing this blog to share with fellow brides the many ups and hopefully fews downs that I will have during this process. Venue: High Cedars Golf Club
I recommend a golf course to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, serene wedding on a bit of a budget! My particular venue takes care of ALL set-up, take down, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, flatware, chinaware, and ceremony backdrop such as an arbor!

Colors: Plum, Pewter, & for a pop of color Lime Green!
Originally the colors were just going to be Plum and Pewter but after searching high and low for the "right" color of purple I came up nearly empty handed. That is when I decided to add the Lime Green as an accent color! Below are the flowers as of this point we will be using. All of these flowers are in season during the time we will be getting married (August) which means CHEAPER flower cost for me! Some I will get at the local farmers market and others I am pre-ordering from Costco!
